What To Expect

During your first appointment, Dr. Brett will have a one-on-one discussion with you about your current complaint or concerns. He will then do a thorough examination and digital x-rays (if necessary) to determine the scope of your problems. Once your examination is complete, Dr. Brett will go over your x-rays with you so you can understand the root cause of your problems as well as go through your personalized plan of care. He will then perform a chiropractic adjustment if deemed appropriate. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. This is good to keep in mind for all future visits as well.
Each patient is required to complete a New Patient Health History form. When you book your initial appointment online, you will receive a welcome email with online forms to fill out. You can submit the forms through our online portal along with uploading any documents that you wish for the doctor to have. If you opt out of the online portal, then please plan to arrive at our office 20 minutes before your initial visit to fill out the necessary paperwork.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are chiropractic adjustments safe? Chiropractic adjustments are considered safe when performed by trained and licensed practitioners. Our chiropractors use evidence-based techniques to ensure your comfort and safety during treatment. If you have any concerns about the safety of chiropractic care, please feel free to discuss them with us before your treatment.
How much does treatment cost? Your initial visit is $200 and includes a comprehensive exam, digital x-rays, your first chiropractic adjustment, and a detailed report of findings. During the report of findings, Dr. Brett will review your results and discuss a personalized plan of care. Ongoing chiropractic adjustments are $60 and include use of the intersegmental roller table to support spinal mobility and relaxation.
Do you accept insurance? Marketside Chiropractic is an out-of-network provider, which means payment is due at the time of service. However, we can provide you with a detailed superbill—a receipt with all the necessary billing codes—that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your out-of-network benefits.
What conditions can chiropractic care treat? Chiropractic care can treat a wide range of conditions, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, radiculopathy, sports injuries, joint pain, and more. It’s effective for both acute and chronic conditions. Though chiropractic care is great for pain, our goal is to ensure spinal health and quality of life through preventative care.
If I dont have pain, should I still get chiropractic care? We don’t just treat pain – we focus on maintaining long-term spinal health. Spinal wellness care involves regular chiropractic check-ups to ensure that your spine remains properly aligned and your nervous system is functioning optimally. Preventative chiropractic care can help you maintain flexibility, strength, and overall well-being, preventing future issues before they develop.
How long does it take to see results? The duration of treatment varies depending on the severity of your condition. Many patients experience significant relief after a few sessions, while others may need more time for full recovery.
