This model allows you to see the same provider every visit, receive personalized treatment, and avoid the delays and restrictions often caused by insurance companies. Services are paid at the time of visit, creating a simple, transparent, and predictable experience with no surprise bills.

Initial Visit — $200

Your first visit includes:

• Comprehensive consultation

• Orthopedic & musculoskeletal exam

• Necessary spinal X-rays (if clinically indicated)

• Review of findings & care plan recommendation

• Chiropractic adjustment

This ensures we fully understand your condition and deliver safe, precise care from day one.

Follow-Up Visits — $60 Per Visit

Each follow-up includes:

• Progress assessment

• Roller table massage session

• Chiropractic adjustment

• Ongoing care planning

Pre-Pay & Monthly Payment Options Available

To make care more affordable and accessible, discounted pre-pay care plans and monthly payment options are available. These options are ideal for patients needing consistent ongoing care or long-term wellness support. Details are reviewed in person based on your individualized care plan.

Why We Don’t Bill Insurance

Insurance companies often limit how often you can be treated, what services are “allowed,” and how much time providers can spend with patients. By remaining fee-for-service, we can:

Can I Still Use My Insurance?

Yes. While we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide a superbill for any visit. You may submit this to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your individual plan. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by provider.

Medicare Patients

Marketside Chiropractic is a non-participating provider with Medicare. This means if your care is deemed medically necessary and active care is required, you will pay our fee at the time of service. We will bill the visit to Medicare, and they will reimburse you directly. Medicare beneficiaries are welcome to receive care in our office on a fee-for-service basis, with payment due at the time of service.

Medicare does not cover routine (wellness or maintenance) chiropractic care beyond limited spinal manipulation under specific conditions. If a service is determined to be a non-covered Medicare service, patients will be asked to acknowledge financial responsibility prior to treatment. Our team is happy to review this with you in person and answer any questions so you can make a fully informed decision about your care.
